Kingston Lacy Health Rides
A free, sociable volunteer-led ride starting from Kingston Lacy House, to help you get into a regular exercise routine.
These cycle rides run from Kingston Lacy, National Trust, every Thursday morning and last approximately one hour (an additional weekly ride also runs from Moors Valley every Wednesday, Ferndown on Tuesdays and Christchurch on Mondays).
Please meet (coach park) at Kingston Lacy 15 minutes prior to the prompt start of the activity at 9.30 a.m., BH21 4EA.
You are welcome to bring your own bike or one can be hired for £2.50 for the session; please call Moors Valley on 01425 470721 to book your bike. All payments must be made to Moors Valley (card over the phone) at time of booking as cash can not be accepted on the day.”
Parking is free at Kingston Lacy and participants have free entry to the garden/café. Participants are encouraged to stay for an optional cup of tea or coffee (good choice of cakes!) after the cycle ride (charges apply).
Please note – as this event is part of the "Activate Coast & Countyside" scheme all participants will be asked to fill in a short health questionnaire before they complete their first activity.
